Wholesale guidelines

New accounts

  1. Follow the prompts for registration.
  2. Upon completion the form will be sent to a team member at Taylor and Tessier to review and approve. 
  3. Approval will be based on expected order volume, geography and proximity to other retailers, and brand compatibility. 
  4. Once approved you will be notified via email at which point you may login and view your wholesale pricing and place orders accordingly.

Changes to orders

Any changes or cancellation to orders must be emailed to [email protected] within 48 hours.

Delivery & Shipping

Please allow up to 2-3 days for drop ship orders and up to 4-6 weeks for your store order. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your order total when the order is ready to ship. We reserve the right to use our discretion as to the carrier to be used on any shipment. Your preferred carrier may be used if the you agree to assume any additional transportation charges.

Nature of handmade products

All of our products are handmade. Due to the nature of our production method, each product may vary slightly.

Returns &  exchanges

Wholesale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise.

Consignment

At this time, we are not able to do consignment. Thank you!
